3月3日和3月5日,全国政协十一届四次会议和第十一届全国人大四次会议召开,这是本报第5次报道全国“两会”了。从2007年到2011年,刚好跨过两个“五年计划”。对比前几届全国“两会”开始前汽车行业代表委员的议案、提案提前曝光,各种媒体的报道预热铺垫,今年全国“两会”前夕,汽车行业的声音明显少了许多,媒体对这方面的宣传也没有那么热情了。
