我厂300升三筒式振动球磨机,经长期使用后常出现轴承座磨损、水套漏水、筒体架开裂等问题,由于修复工艺复杂,检修周期长而影响生产。为此,我们对故障率最高的轴承座和水套部分作了故障分析并进行了改进(见图1、2)。改进措施: 1.水套、轴承座设计成一体,并由剖分式的两个锥面组成,整个轴承部件为一活动组合式结构,通过锥面的契紧作用,使轴承座与筒体架紧密配合,且可适当调整。 2.在轴承座中设置一环形水道,通过接头与外界水路相连,从而达到冷却轴承部件的目的。改进后的轴承部件结构简单可靠,其显著优点是,装拆非常方便。机器经过长 I plant 300 liters three-cylinder vibrating ball mill, after long-term use often bearing housings, water jacket leakage, cylinder frame cracking and other issues, due to complex repair process, long maintenance cycle affect production.
