我厂300升三筒式振动球磨机,经长期使用后常出现轴承座磨损、水套漏水、筒体架开裂等问题,由于修复工艺复杂,检修周期长而影响生产。为此,我们对故障率最高的轴承座和水套部分作了故障分析并进行了改进(见图1、2)。改进措施: 1.水套、轴承座设计成一体,并由剖分式的两个锥面组成,整个轴承部件为一活动组合式结构,通过锥面的契紧作用,使轴承座与筒体架紧密配合,且可适当调整。 2.在轴承座中设置一环形水道,通过接头与外界水路相连,从而达到冷却轴承部件的目的。改进后的轴承部件结构简单可靠,其显著优点是,装拆非常方便。机器经过长
I plant 300 liters three-cylinder vibrating ball mill, after long-term use often bearing housings, water jacket leakage, cylinder frame cracking and other issues, due to complex repair process, long maintenance cycle affect production. To this end, we have analyzed the fault and improved the housings and water jacket sections with the highest failure rates (see Figures 1 and 2). Improvement measures: 1. The water jacket and the bearing seat are designed into one body and are composed of two conical surfaces of split type. The whole bearing component is a movable composite structure, and the tight contact of the bearing seat and the cylinder body Rack with close, and can be adjusted. 2. In the bearing seat set an annular waterway, connected to the external waterway through the joint, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the bearing components. Improved bearing components simple and reliable structure, the significant advantage is that the assembly and disassembly is very convenient. The machine is long
