对辉钼精矿在Na2 CO3 -Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 和Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系的熔盐氧化过程进行了研究。结果表明 ,在控制适当的工艺条件 (配料比、温度、鼓风速度和时间等 )下 ,钼的转化率和脱硫率均可达 99%以上。对Na2 CO3 -Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系 ,钼精矿中的钼和硫分别以Na2 MoO4 和Na2 SO4形态进入溶液。对Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系 ,钼以Na2 MoO4 形态进入溶液 ,硫进入气相 ,烟气中的SO2浓度达 5 %以上
The molten salt oxidation process of molybdenite concentrate in Na2 CO3 -Na2 MoO4-Na2 SO4 and Na2 MoO4-Na2 SO4 system was studied. The results show that under the control of appropriate process conditions (mixing ratio, temperature, blowing speed and time), molybdenum conversion rate and desulfurization rate can reach more than 99%. For Na2 CO3-Na2 MoO4-Na2 SO4 system, the molybdenum and sulfur in the molybdenum concentrate enter the solution in the form of Na2 MoO4 and Na2 SO4, respectively. For the Na2 MoO4-Na2 SO4 system, the molybdenum enters the solution in the form of Na2 MoO4, and the sulfur enters the gas phase, and the SO2 concentration in the flue gas reaches over 5%
