目的:优选“连柏”巴布剂的乙醇最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,考察乙醇浓度(A)、乙醇用量(B)、提取时间(C)和提取次数(D)4个因素对盐酸小檗碱含量及浸膏率的影响;采用高效液相色谱法及干燥称重法分别测定提取物中盐酸小檗碱的含量及出膏率。结果:乙醇回流提取的最佳工艺条件为:A2B1C2D3,即乙醇浓度为75%、乙醇用量为6倍量,提取次数为3次,提取时间2 h。结论:经过验证实验得连柏巴布剂乙醇提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。
Objective: To optimize the ethanol extraction process of “Lian Bai ” cataplasm. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to investigate the effect of ethanol concentration (A), ethanol consumption (B), extraction time (C) and extraction times (D) on berberine hydrochloride content and extract rate The contents of berberine hydrochloride and the rate of ointment were determined by HPLC and dry weighing respectively. Results: The optimal conditions of ethanol reflux extraction were as follows: A2B1C2D3, ie ethanol concentration 75%, ethanol 6 times, extracting times 3 times and extracting time 2 h. Conclusion: After validating experiment, the ethanol extraction process of Pibaba is stable, reasonable and feasible.
