采用盆栽试验,研究了4个烤烟品种在干旱胁迫条件下的主要农艺性状、生物量积累、叶片保水力、相对含水量、根系丙二醛、脯氨酸含量等生理指标,并通过隶属函数法对各品种的抗旱性进行综合分析,以期明确烤烟品种间抗旱性的差异。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,4个烤烟品种的主要农艺性状、干鲜重积累量及叶片相对含水量均显著下降,云烟87下降幅度最小,毕纳1号次之,黔西1号下降幅度最大;叶片保水力表现为云烟87>毕纳1号>黔西1号>韭菜坪2号;各烤烟品种根系丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均显著增加,云烟87和毕纳1号丙二醛含量增加量较少,脯氨酸含量增加量较大,韭菜坪2号和黔西1号则相反;隶属函数法综合分析发现抗旱性由强到弱顺序为云烟87>毕纳1号>韭菜坪2号>黔西1号。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the physiological traits of four agronomic traits, biomass accumulation, leaf water retention, relative water content, malondialdehyde and proline content of four flue-cured tobacco cultivars under drought stress. Through the membership function method The drought resistance of all varieties were analyzed comprehensively in order to clarify the differences of drought resistance among flue-cured tobacco varieties. The results showed that under drought stress, the main agronomic traits, dry weight and fresh weight accumulation and leaf relative water content decreased significantly in four flue-cured tobacco cultivars, followed by the lowest in Yunyan 87, followed by Pina1 and Qianxi1 The highest water holding capacity of leaves was Yunyan 87> Pina 1> Qianxi 1> Leekingping 2; the contents of malondialdehyde and proline in roots of all the flue-cured tobacco varieties increased significantly. Yunyan 87 and Pina 1 Malondialdehyde content increased less, Proline content increased, Leek Ping 2 and Qianxi 1 opposite; membership function analysis showed that drought resistance from strong to weak order of Yunyan 87> Pina 1 No.> leek Ping 2> Qianxi No. 1.
