粗甲醇纯度的测定,一般采用蒸馏法和铬酸氧化法。铬酸氧化法由于操作繁而费时,重复性差,一般很少采用。我厂粗甲醇纯度的测定,以前采用蒸馏法,此法虽属经典方法,但操作条件不易掌握,测定结果不稳,而且由于粗甲醇成分复杂,不易分离,蒸馏过程中甲醇有损失,致使结果偏低。随着气相色谱法在分析技术上的应用日益广泛,我们采用了热导池检测器,GDX-401固定相,利用稀释法测定
