随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,我国高等教育由传统教育模式向多样化、系统化方向转变。舞蹈专业,作为师范类高等院校日常教学的重要组成部分,其人才培养模式关系到舞蹈专业教学人才的培养,关系到学生能否成长为适应社会发展的人才。作为社会经济发展的必然产物,高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育不仅承担着为社会培养具备综合素质舞蹈人才的任务,还对舞蹈文化的传承及舞蹈教育的普及有重要推进作用。舞蹈教育专业是师范类高等院校教育内容的基本组成,对其学科定位要具备准确性和科学性,要对师范类高等院校舞蹈专业所承担的教育价值有充分的认识,促进师范类高等院校舞蹈专业教育在促进舞蹈普及及教育方面的积极作用。当前,我国师范类高等院校舞蹈专业教育取得了很大的进步,但也确实存在一系列问题。针对这些现实问题,我们要深刻认识,并避免其出现在舞蹈专业教学过程中,促进师范类高等院校专业人才培养模式的创新,为社会培养综合素质较高的专业舞蹈型人才。本文在对我国师范类高等院校舞蹈专业人才培养模式现状进行分析的基础上,探讨了改进其教育模式的相关促使,期望对我国师范类高等院校舞蹈专业教学有所帮助。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, China’s higher education has been transformed from a traditional education model to a diversified and systematic one. As an important part of everyday teaching in normal colleges and universities, the dance major is closely related to the cultivation of teaching professionals in dance and the ability of students to grow into talents adapted to social development. As an inevitable result of social and economic development, the dance major education in higher normal colleges not only undertakes the task of cultivating dance talents with comprehensive qualities for the society, but also plays an important role in promoting the inheritance of dance culture and the popularization of dance education. Dance education is the basic composition of the educational content of normal colleges and universities, its subject positioning must be accurate and scientific, we should have a full understanding of the educational value of the dance colleges and universities to promote higher education The Positive Role of College Dance Education in Promoting Dance Popularization and Education. At present, great progress has been made in the dance professional education in normal universities in China, but there are indeed a series of problems. In order to solve these practical problems, we must profoundly understand and avoid their emergence in the teaching of dance major, promote the innovation of the cultivation mode of professional talents in higher education institutions of higher learning, and train the professional dance talents of higher comprehensive quality for the society. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the training model of dance professionals in normal colleges and universities in our country, this paper explores the relevant promotion of improving its educational model. It is expected that this will be helpful to the dance teaching in normal colleges and universities in China.
