一、磁力丝杠的结构 日本光洋机械工业新开发出了一种磁力丝杠,其外观见图1,其结构图见图2。 在图2所示磁力丝杠结构中,螺母为中空圆筒状,螺母内孔用钕(Nd)磁性材料作为永久磁铁,并烧结成有N极、S极的螺纹线。此圆筒螺母装在非磁性的螺母座内。螺母座的两端装有用聚酰胺材料制成的丝杠支承环,这两个大承环对丝杠起支承作用,相当于左右两个滑动轴承。除这两个支承环与丝杠接触外,螺母磁力部分与丝杠不接触。 二、磁力丝杠的规格及其优点 所开发的磁力丝杠规格为:丝杠直径φ6~25mm;丝杠长100~1500mm;螺纹导程4~20mm;丝杠精度C1~C10。
