套圈宽度偏差对特大型圆锥滚子轴承装配高的影响

众所周知,圆锥滚子轴承装配高的偏差与内、外滚道及滚子直径的偏差和内圈大挡边厚度的偏差有关。然而,在特大型圆锥滚子轴承的生产过程中,由于加工内、外滚道时定位基准和测量基准不同,套圈宽度的偏差也会间接地影响到装配高。本文对这种影响从几何关系上做了初步分析,以使对圆锥滚子轴承装配高造成影响的诸因素的分析更趋完善。附图4幅。 As we all know, tapered roller bearing assembly of high deviations and inner and outer raceway and roller diameter deviation and the inner wall of the large thickness of the deviation. However, in the production of extra-large tapered roller bearings, due to the processing of the inner and outer raceway positioning datum and measurement standards are different, ferrule width deviation will indirectly affect the assembly height. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on this kind of influence from the geometric relation, in order to make the analysis to the factors that affect the assembly height of tapered roller bearings more perfect.
