企业技术管理和项目开发管理是企业永续经营发展的两个重要方面。技术管理融入项目开发管理是项目有效落地的推进器,起到了1+1>2的倍增效果,推进企业创造比较好的社会效益和经济效益。文章理论与实践相结合,概述了技术管理和项目管理及其相互关系、LED等相关理论;重点以福日电子技术管理融入项目开发管理为实证,论述了技术管理融入项目开发管理的必要性和可能性、技术管理融入项目开发管理有益的探索与实践;阐述了技术管理融入项目开发管理的成效及经验借鉴。该实践经验可资其他同类企业借鉴,具有一定的实践指导意义。
Enterprise technology management and project development and management is the sustainable development of enterprises two important aspects.
