目的探讨多元化健康教育模式在重症肝炎血浆置换患者中的应用及效果。方法对64例血浆置换人工肝患者随机分两组,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予多元化健康教育,比较两组健康教育后患者的心理状况及并发症的情况。结果两组健康教育后焦虑状况及并发症发生率比较,均具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论多元化健康教育可明显改善血浆置换治疗患者的焦虑状况,并一定程度上减少并发症发生率。“,”Objective Explore the application and effect of diversified health education mode in patients with severe hepatitis with plasma exchange.
