目的分析2000—2014年云南省汉族中学生体质健康水平及其影响因素,为促进学生体质与健康提供科学依据。方法应用《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》,对2000,2005,2010和2014年4次云南省学生体质与健康调研13~18岁汉族中学生的体质健康水平进行动态分析,并分析个人、学校和社会因素等对体质健康的影响。结果 2000,2005,2010和2014年云南省汉族中学生体质健康及格率分别为98.92%,94.44%,92.48%和91.01%,农村高于城市,女生高于男生(除2010年男、女生差异无统计学意义外)。2014年初中生体质健康及格率(92.37%)高于高中生(89.66%),社会经济水平“中”地区的学生(93.97%)高于“差”地区的学生(88.41%),非超重肥胖学生(93.87%)高于超重肥胖学生(70.45%),每天看电视、用计算机和玩电子游戏时间≤2 h的学生(91.71%)高于>2 h的学生(88.34%);Logistic回归分析发现,超重肥胖学生体质健康不及格的比例高于非超重肥胖学生(OR=6.071),每天看电视、用计算机和玩电子游戏时间>2 h学生体质健康不及格的比例高于≤2 h的学生(OR=1.483)。结论云南省汉族中学生近15年来体质健康水平下降,并受营养状况和静态生活方式等因素影响。
Objective To analyze the constitutional health level and its influencing factors of middle school students in Han nationality from 2000 to 2014 in Yunnan province, and to provide a scientific basis for promoting students’ physique and health. Methods The National Physical Fitness Standards for Students (Revised in 2014) were used to analyze the physical fitness of Han nationality middle school students aged 13 ~ 18 years 4 times during 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014 in Yunnan province. , School and social factors such as the impact on physical health. Results The prevalence rates of health of middle school students in Han nationality in Yunnan Province in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014 were 98.92%, 94.44%, 92.48% and 91.01% respectively. The rural areas were higher than the urban ones and the female students were higher than those of the boys (except the difference between male and female in 2010 Learning meaning). The passing rate of middle school students in constitutional health was higher than that of high school students (92.37%) in the beginning of 2014, and the level of socio-economic students was 93.97% in middle school and 88.41% in poor students. (91.71%) were higher than those of overweight and obese students (70.45%), those who watched television daily and used computers and played video games for less than 2 hours (91.71%) were higher than those who were more than 2 hours (88.34%), ; Logistic regression analysis showed that the proportion of overweight and obese students who failed physical health was higher than that of non-overweight and obese students (OR = 6.071), watching TV, using computers and playing video games for more than 2 hours Students ≤2 h (OR = 1.483). Conclusion The middle school students in Han nationality in Yunnan Province have experienced a decrease in physical fitness in the past 15 years and are influenced by nutritional status and static lifestyle.
