在42CrMo钢进行等离子渗氮工艺试验的基础上,参考有关数学关系,利用电子计算机处理实验数据,初步建立了扩散层、化合物层、温度控制的数学模型,实现了微处理机控制等离子渗氮参数.实验还得出CO_2对等离子体渗氮有加速作用.
Based on the experiment of plasma nitriding for 42CrMo steel, the mathematic model of diffusion layer, compound layer and temperature control was established with reference to the mathematical relation and the experimental data by computer. The control parameters of plasma nitriding The experiment also concludes that CO_2 accelerates plasma nitriding.
