随着动态配水以及注聚驱采等新采油工艺在海上的成功运用,很多老龄化设施需要延期并配套新采油技术改造以提高油田整体采收率,但老化降低了其抗风险能力。为解决该矛盾,文章参考北海油田的作法,针对我国渤海海域老龄化平台安全生产的特点,提出了适于渤海安全生产现状的延期服役工艺安全诊断方法,并以1个气田的3个平台的容器和管道为实证案例,判断容器与管线的主要缺陷特征及其存在位置情况,有针对性地加强部分老旧装备的检维修管理,保障了老龄化设施持续生产的安全水平。“,”With the successful application of new technologies, such as dynamic water distribution and polymer injection, many facilities are needed to prolong their working life and being reformed to couple with new technology so as to increase whole oil productive?rate.?But?the?ageing?of?equipment?degrades?its?ability?of?risk?resistance.?In?order?to?solve?this?problem,?referenced?from?the?method?used?in?North?Sea?oil?field?and?with?respect?to?the?features?of?production?on?aged?platform?in?Bo?Hai?ocean?area,?safety?diagnosis method for extending working life of equipment consistent with the current situation of safety production in Bo Hai ocean were?proposed.?And?exampled?with?the?vessels?and?piping?in?three?platforms?in?the?same?oil?field,?main?defect?features?of?vessels?and?piping?and?their?location?were?determined.?In?this?way,?the?maintenance?for?ageing?facility?can?be?planned?purposively?so?that?the?safety of these ageing facilities can be ensured.
