我们邯郸地区机械厂在1980年国民经济调整中,由于产品滞销,亏损严重,是当时地区第一名关停并转单位.我厂下马后,厂领导班子认真总结经验教训,没有怨天怨地,灰心丧气,消极等待,而是扎扎实实地做工作,决心一切都从零开始.经过近二年的整顿与改革,转产的新产品有了生机,从1982年起开始由亏变盈,以后产值、利、税连年都有大幅度增长.1984年实现工业总产值850.1万元,销售收入886万元,利税169.3万元,按可比口径计算,很多经济指标都超过了历史最好水平.调整促改革,改革把一个关停企业搞活了.下面将我们的主要作法简述如下:
