高校要建设国内一流、国际知名的大学,高层次的干部和高水平的学者一样必不可少。因此,干部队伍建设的极端重要性和紧迫性日益显现。后备干部工作是干部队伍建设的长期性、基础性工作,是培养选拔优秀年轻干部的重要措施。新时期高校迅速发展,也为后备干部队伍建设提出了新的要求。能否建立一支党性强、素质高、业务精、具有战略思维能力并且结构合理、数量充足的后备干部队伍,关系到学校的建设水平和可持续发展。
Colleges and universities to build the domestic first-class, internationally renowned university, high-level cadres and high-level scholars as essential. Therefore, the development of cadre ranks is extremely important and urgent. Reserve cadre work is a long-term and basic cadre troop construction and an important measure in training and selecting excellent young cadres. The rapid development of colleges and universities in the new era also poses new requirements for the contingent of cadres. Whether we can establish a contingent of cadres with a strong party spirit, high quality, good professional skills, strategic thinking capability, reasonable structure and an adequate number of posts is of great importance to the level of school construction and sustainable development.
