目的 :研究重组人肿瘤坏死因子 (rhTNF)及其联合化疗药物的体外杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。方法 :采用体外细胞毒方法 (MTT)及流式细胞仪分析法检测重组人肿瘤坏死因子或 /和阿霉素 (ADM)对大鼠Walker 2 5 6肿瘤细胞作用后的细胞毒性及细胞分裂周期各时象的变化。结果 :rhTNF有很强的抗瘤活性 ,与阴性对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,并有很好的量效关系 (Υ =0 .9811) ,与ADM联用表现有协同增强细胞毒性 ;rhTNF使G2、S期细胞减少 ,增殖指数 (PI)降低 ,与ADM联用 ,其作用更加显著。结论 :rhTNF与ADM联用对Walker 2 5 6肿瘤细胞有协同增强的杀伤作用。
Objective: To study the effect of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor (rhTNF) combined with chemotherapeutic drugs in killing tumor cells in vitro.
