观众是博物馆的服务对象,了解观众、熟悉观众、争取观众、组织观众、为观众服务、满足观众的需求,是博物馆的根本宗旨。开展博物馆观众调查研究对于博物馆而言,是积极主动的管理措施,也是博物馆评估的重要部分,是博物馆走近社会,了解其服务对象的重要手段。本文利用跟踪调查的方法研究家庭观众在陕西历史博物馆参观过程中的情况及遇到的问题,寻找解决方法。
