对离心式旋转机械轴向力在线监控装置做了简单介绍 ,然后详细介绍了一种离心泵轴向力在线监控装置测力弹性元件的优化设计 ,为了保证测力传感器的性能 ,采用有限元法计算了不同结构及尺寸的弹性元件在轴向力约为 39 2 2kN时的应力、应变及垂直位移的分布 ,在此基础上优选了最佳的弹性元件结构及最佳的电阻应变片位置 ,显著地提高了测力传感器的灵敏度 ,并通过实验得到了验证。
In this paper, an on-line monitoring device for axial force of centrifugal rotating machinery is briefly introduced. Then an optimized design of force-measuring elastic element for on-line axial force monitoring device of centrifugal pump is introduced in detail. In order to ensure the performance of load cell, The distributions of stress, strain and vertical displacement of elastic members with different structures and sizes are calculated when the axial force is about 39 2 2kN. Based on this, the optimal elastic element structure and the best position of strain gauge are optimized. The sensitivity of load cells is significantly improved and verified by experiments.
