当今世界,是一个科技飞速发展、知识急剧变迁的时代,在军事领域,武器、装备更新换代的时间大大缩短,而每更新一次,势必会带来军队新知识和新技能的转变。江主席指出:“迎接新的军事发展的关键在人才。”人才之多寡,素质之优劣,是一个军队战斗力的重要标志。那么,人的才智从何而来?自然是从学习实践中来,通过学习实践,丰富知识,增长才干。
Today’s world is an era of rapid development of science and technology and rapid changes of knowledge. In the field of military affairs, the time for upgrading and replacement of arms and equipment has been greatly shortened. Every renewal will inevitably bring about changes in the military’s new knowledge and new skills. Chairman Jiang pointed out: “The key to welcoming the new military development lies in personnel.” The quality and quantity of talents are an important sign of the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. So, where does the human intellect come from? From nature, it is learned from practice, by learning practice, enriching knowledge and increasing ability.
