采用流变法研究了聚合物质量分数、交联剂质量分数、温度、pH、盐离子、阴离子表活剂(SDBS)对PAM/PEI凝胶成胶时间的影响。实验结果表明,聚合物质量分数增加,凝胶成胶时间先增加后降低;而交联剂质量分数增加,凝胶成胶时间逐渐降低,且降低幅度逐渐减小;温度增加,凝胶成胶时间缩短;中性条件下凝胶成胶时间比碱性时长,而酸性条件下凝胶无法成胶;Na~+和Ca~(2+)均会延长凝胶成胶时间,且质量分数越高,成胶时间越长;SDBS会极大地延长凝胶成胶时间,SDBS质量分数为0.2%时,凝胶成胶时间增至50 h左右。
The influence of polymer mass fraction, crosslinking agent mass fraction, temperature, pH, salt ions and anionic surfactant (SDBS) on the gelation time of PAM / PEI gel was studied by rheological method. The experimental results show that when the mass fraction of polymer increases, the gelation time of gels first increases and then decreases, while the gelling time of gels increases with the increase of cross-linking agent, and the gelling time decreases gradually and decreases gradually.
