Global warming will accelerate sea-level rise. There are two basic choices for this trend in the coastal areas: going back inland from the seaside or actively trying to resist the “aggression” of seawater. The oceans are closely linked with the life of mankind, especially those living in the coastal areas. To a certain extent, the oceans and seas affect the living conditions and cultivated area of the people, affecting the economic prosperity in the delta and harbor areas and affecting the freshwater resources. According to historical records, the elevation of the earth’s sea level has not changed much. As the global climate warms, the penetration of hot air currents increases. It is estimated that after 100 years, the average temperature of the earth will increase by 5.2-5.5 ° C. Affected by this, the water on the Earth’s surface will thermally expand, the glaciers in the mountains and polar regions will melt, and the sea level will rise. Although the rate of increase can not be predicted, the coastal environment in most coastal areas will be destroyed and economically damaged. This is undoubtedly the case.
