改革开放以来,以珠三角、长三角为代表的我国东南沿海地区依靠承接国际劳动密集型和资源密集型加工制造业的梯度转移,实现了经济跨越式发展。在工业经济起步阶段,这种承接无疑是一种合理的选择。但是,处于产业链中游的加工制造业,除了利润率不高外,还对各种实体资源存在较大的依赖,对环境的影响也不容忽视。
Since the reform and opening up, the coastal areas in southeast China, represented by the PRD and the Yangtze River Delta, have achieved the leapfrog economic development by undertaking the gradient transfer of international labor-intensive and resource-intensive manufacturing. In the initial stage of industrial economy, this kind of undertaking is undoubtedly a reasonable choice. However, the processing and manufacturing industry in the middle reaches of the industrial chain, in addition to the low profit margin, still has a greater dependence on various physical resources and its impact on the environment can not be ignored.
