本文围绕如何培育和提升IT吸纳能力,探讨IT吸纳能力演进的基本机理,构建出IT吸纳能力演进的动力机制模型,指出它是组织内外动力协同作用的结果。在此基础上提出一个IT吸纳能力提升途径分析框架,从组织内部的高层管理、IT部门、业务部门着手分别给出了相关策略。
This article focuses on how to nurture and enhance the ability of IT to absorb, explore the basic mechanism of IT’s ability to absorb, and build a dynamic mechanism model of IT’s ability to absorb and evolve, pointing out that it is the result of internal and external dynamic synergies. On this basis, I put forward an analysis framework of ways to enhance the absorption capacity of IT. Relevant strategies are given respectively from the top management, IT department and business department in the organization.
