用抗P53的单克隆抗体对35例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌组织进行免疫组化研究。结果35例癌组织中P53阳性核染者17例,占48.57%;P53阳性细胞的分布方式有均衡分布、不均衡分布及散在分布三种,与病理分期的关系为:均衡分布:PT12例,PT27例,PT31例;不均衡分布:PT11例,PT22例;散在分布:PT23例,PT34例。认为P53阳性细胞的分布方式对肿瘤的生物学行为和预后的判定有特殊意义。
35 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were immunohistochemically studied with anti-P53 monoclonal antibody. Results Among the 35 cases of P53 positive nuclear infection, 17 cases were found, accounting for 48.57%. There were three types of distribution of P53 positive cells: unbalanced distribution and scattered distribution. The distribution of P53 positive cells was: Balanced distribution: PT12 Cases, PT27 cases, PT31 cases; uneven distribution: PT11 cases, PT22 cases; scattered distribution: PT23 cases, PT34 cases. That the distribution of P53 positive cells on the biological behavior of the tumor and the prognosis of a special significance.
