介绍了研制的一套用光电法在高电位端测量试品直流高压下泄漏电流的装置。该装置量程范围为8~800μA,双极性信号转换,电池供电,功耗仅100mW。转换信号在低压侧进行微机处理后显示或记录。与传统的测量方法相比,该装置具有使用方便、抗干扰能力强、测试准确、线路简单和体积小的优点。该装置稍加改进,即可进行其它高电位端的电压及小电流的检测。
