目的探讨个性化饮食处方对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂控制的影响。方法随机将202例2型糖尿病患者分为干预组102例,对照组100例,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),抽血查空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。干预组利用专业营养软件进行营养干预治疗,对照组进行常规糖尿病治疗,随访1年后复查上述指标,对比两组间各项指标变化。结果干预前两组在血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等方面均无明显差异(P>0.05)。干预组患者经1年的跟踪随访,血总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及体重指数均有一定程度下降,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用营养软件进行个性化营养处方干预可改善糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的控制。
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized dietary prescription on blood glucose and blood lipids in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Totally 202 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 102) and control group (n = 100). Height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured. The intervention group used professional nutritional software for nutrition intervention and the control group received conventional diabetes treatment. The above indexes were reviewed after 1 year of follow-up, and the changes of the indexes between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood lipid, blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before intervention (P> 0.05). After one-year follow-up, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index in the intervention group decreased to a certain extent, which were all lower than those in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional software for personalized nutrition prescription intervention can improve the control of blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic patients.
