本文用圆形分布统计方法,描述山西省15种主要传染病的季节分布特征,分别对这些传染病的估计发病集中日期,发病高峰期进行定量分析,并作随机性检验。同时对百日咳、麻疹、脊髓灰质炎3种计划免疫疾病,针对其不同时期的发病季节差别进行比较,发现疫苗干预并没有改变这些病的季节特征,仅是流行强度或频率的减弱,并对圆形分布在描述传染病季节分布特征时应注意的问题和标准进行了讨论。
In this paper, we use the circular distribution statistical method to describe the seasonal distribution characteristics of the 15 main infectious diseases in Shanxi Province, and quantitatively analyze the peak incidence and the peak incidence of these infectious diseases, and make random tests. At the same time, the three scheduled immunization diseases such as whooping cough, measles and poliomyelitis were compared with the seasonal difference in the incidence of different stages of the disease. It was found that the vaccine intervention did not change the seasonal characteristics of these diseases, only decreased the intensity or frequency of the epidemic, The problems and criteria that should be noted when describing the seasonal distribution of infectious diseases are discussed.
