目的:研究小叶黄杨石油醚组分的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱分离纯化化合物。采用MTT法对各组分进行抗肿瘤活性筛选。结果:从小叶黄杨石油醚组分中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(1)、甲酸羽扇豆酯(2)、白桦脂醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、豆甾醇(5)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(6)、3,β30-d ihydroxy-lup-20(29)ene(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。化合物7剂量依赖性地抑制KB细胞增殖。结论:除化合物1和6外,其余均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物7具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of petroleum ether components of Cyclovirobuxine. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The antitumor activity of each component was screened by MTT assay. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether components of Euonymus japonicus and identified as: lupeol (1), lupeyl formate (2), betulin (3), and β-sitosterol (4). Soy sterol (5), diisobutyl phthalate (6), 3, β30-d ihydroxy-lup-20 (29) ene (7), and carotenoid (8). Compound 7 dose-dependently inhibited KB cell proliferation. Conclusion: Except for compounds 1 and 6, all others were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 7 has a certain anti-tumor effect.
