Er:YAG激光已被成功地用于牙体硬组织处理,很少损伤牙髓组织。但与传统手机相比,激光手机触觉敏感性差,很难控制切割深度。意外露髓不可避免,本文目的是评价暴露牙髓对Er:YAG的反应。 材料和方法 研究对象为76颗雄性Wistar鼠上颌第一磨牙,随机应用Er-YAG激光手机或传统的慢速手机(对照组)备洞并暴露牙髓,暴露后以Dycal盖髓,并以玻璃离子粘固粉覆盖。分别于处理当天、3d、1周和2周后杀死试验鼠,对暴露区牙髓进行组织病理学检查,并采用Mann-Whitney U检验分析。
Er: YAG lasers have been successfully used in dental hard tissue treatment with little damage to pulp tissue. However, compared with the traditional mobile phone, laser phone touch sensitivity is poor, it is difficult to control the cutting depth. Inadvertent demyelination is inevitable, and the purpose of this article is to evaluate the response of the exposed pulp to Er: YAG. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 76 male Wistar rat maxillary first molars were randomly divided into two groups: Er-YAG laser handpiece or traditional slow handpiece (control group) Ion-cement cover. The experimental mice were sacrificed on the day of treatment, 3d, 1 week and 2 weeks respectively, and histopathological examination of dental pulp in the exposed area was performed and analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test.
