焊接热裂纹一直是共晶型高强铝合金(LY12CZ)焊接中的难点。本文从这种合金对焊接热循环十分敏感的特点出发,采用交流低频脉冲TIG焊来改善其抗热裂纹性能和接头质量;并进一步,以大量试验从以下三个方面对共晶型高强铝合金产生热裂纹的机理进行了探讨:即从焊接热循环的特点、用扫描电镜对裂纹断口进行观察与分析和在高温下探察共晶显微组织的行为。
Welding hot crack has been the eutectic high-strength aluminum alloy (LY12CZ) welding difficulties. In this paper, starting from the characteristics of this alloy being very sensitive to the thermal cycle of welding, AC low frequency pulsed TIG welding was used to improve the performance of hot crack resistance and joint quality. Furthermore, a large number of experiments were conducted on the eutectic high strength aluminum alloy The mechanism of hot crack generation is discussed. From the characteristics of the welding thermal cycle, the fracture of the crack is observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and the eutectic microstructure is observed at high temperature.
