随着经济社会快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,旅游需求增加,旅游度假区越来越多。针对旅游度假区内用地属性不明,统计方式不清,附属设施建设比例难把握等问题,本文探讨如何通过控制性详细规划引导旅游度假区健康发展,研究建立针对性的控制指标体系,规范旅游度假区的规划管理。 With the rapid economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for tourism has increased, and more and more tourist resorts have been established. This paper discusses how to guide the healthy development of tourism and resort area through the control of detailed planning, and studies the establishment of targeted control index system to standardize the tourism holiday District planning and management.
