两株人胃癌细胞MKN-28和MKN-45,分别经皮下、腹腔、胃壁和尾静脉接种在无胸腺裸小鼠体内。对不同接种部位形成的胃癌移植瘤,用流式细胞仪分析了瘤细胞的DNA含量。结果证实,胃癌移植瘤细胞的DNA含量存在异质性。由此提示,在人胃癌裸鼠移植瘤的发展过程中,伴有瘤细胞DNA含量的异质性改变。这种变化也受接种部位器官环境的影响。
Two human gastric cancer cells, MKN-28 and MKN-45, were inoculated subcutaneously, intraperitoneally, stomach wall and tail vein in athymic nude mice. For gastric cancer xenografts formed at different inoculation sites, the DNA content of tumor cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. The results confirmed that there was heterogeneity in the DNA content of gastric cancer transplanted tumor cells. This suggests that the heterogeneity of DNA content in tumor cells is associated with the development of human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice. This change is also affected by the organ environment at the inoculation site.
