7月16—18日,世界宗教对话会议在西班牙首都马德里举行。来自世界各地的伊斯兰教、天主教、基督教、犹太教、佛教、道教、印度教等不同宗教的领袖、学者200多人出席了会议。本文根据中国佛教协会副会长学诚7月17日在此次会议上的演讲整理而成,从世界各大宗教的传统、相互间的交流与理解等多方面探讨了开展多元宗教对话的意义与前景。
July 16-18, the World Conference on Religious Dialogue was held in the Spanish capital Madrid. More than 200 leaders and scholars from different religions, including Islam, Catholicism, Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism from all over the world attended the conference.
