为解决SBS沥青改性剂添加含量的质量控制问题,采用红外光谱仪对SBS改性剂不同掺量(沥青质量的2%、3%、4%、5%、6%)下的改性沥青样本的特征吸收峰进行了红外扫描测试,以表征SBS改性剂和基质沥青的966cm-1和813cm-1特征吸收峰面积S966和S813为分析对象,利用统计分析方法将S966、S966/S813、S966/(S966+S813)分别与SBS改性剂掺量进行曲线拟合,研究发现S966/(S966+S813)与SBS改性剂掺量的线性回归相关系数最高,达到0.9874,可以作为SBS改性剂含量测定的标准曲线。利用标准曲线可以对实际工程中未知待检样改性沥青的SBS改性剂含量进行计算,实现改性沥青路面的有效施工与质量控制。
In order to solve the quality control problem of adding SBS asphalt modifier, the modified asphalt samples with different content of SBS modifiers (2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% The characteristic absorption peak of SBS modifier and matrix asphalt were characterized by S966 and S813, and the characteristic absorption peak areas of SBS66 and S813 were analyzed by statistical analysis. The S966, S966 / S813, S966 / (S966 + S813) were respectively curve-fitted with the SBS modifier content. The correlation coefficient between S966 / (S966 + S813) and SBS modifier content was the highest, reaching 0.9874, which could be used as SBS modifier Standard curve for the determination of the content of the agent. The standard curve can be used to calculate the SBS modifier content of the unknown modified asphalt in the actual project, so as to realize the effective construction and quality control of the modified asphalt pavement.
