目的分析家庭医生服务的实施对社区高血压患者知信行及其家庭成员相关知识的影响。方法采用随机抽样的方法,从深圳市某二级甲等医院管辖内抽取3个社区卫生服务中心,调取高血压患者的健康档案,签约家庭医生制服务且满半年者为干预组,未签约的为对照组。采用自制问卷对2组患者进行高血压知信行情况调查,对其家庭成员进行高血压相关知识调查。结果签约组高血压患者知信行及服药依从性得分分别为(21.60±1.49)分、(7.90±1.42)分、(5.89±2.03)分、(3.56±0.55)分,药物治疗率为95.5%,血压控制率为56.4%,均较对照组高(P<0.05);签约组高血压患者家属的高血压相关知识3个维度得分分别为(7.27±1.30)分、(6.77±0.96)分、(4.59±1.07)分,较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生服务不仅提高高血压患者知信行及服药依从性,也可提高高血压患者家属对高血压病的认知水平。
Objective To analyze the impact of the implementation of family doctor services on the knowledge and behavior of hypertensive patients and their family members. Methods A random sampling method was used to select three community health service centers under the jurisdiction of a Grade A first-class hospital in Shenzhen to obtain the health records of hypertensive patients and to sign family physician system service for six months and served as the intervention group. For the control group. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the prevalence of hypertension in both groups, and their family members were investigated for hypertension-related knowledge. Results The compliance scores and medication compliance scores of hypertensive patients in signing group were (21.60 ± 1.49), (7.90 ± 1.42), (5.89 ± 2.03) and (3.56 ± 0.55) respectively, and the drug treatment rate was 95.5% The blood pressure control rate was 56.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of hypertension-related knowledge in family members with hypertension in the contracted group were (7.27 ± 1.30) and (6.77 ± 0.96) 4.59 ± 1.07) points higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Family doctor service not only improves the knowledge and compliance of patients with hypertension, but also improves the cognition of hypertensive patients in family members.
