土地是人类生存和发展的自然基础,土地制度则是我国社会的基本制度。农地承包经营权制度的建立使农民与土地之间的利益关系更加紧密,更加充分地调动了农民从事农业生产的积极性。但是,目前由于一些新情况的出现,制约了我国农地承包经营权的有序、高效流转,从而制约了农业经济的可持续发展。因此,通过层层递进的方式,对影响农地承包权的因素进行研究,并依据因素分析提出相应对策。 Land is the natural basis for the survival and development of mankind. Land system is the basic system of our society. The establishment of farmland contracting and management right system makes farmers and land more closely, and mobilizes farmer to engage in agricultural production more fully. However, due to the emergence of some new situations, the orderly and efficient transfer of contracted management rights of farmland in our country has been restricted, which restricts the sustainable development of agricultural economy. Therefore, through the progressive approach, the factors that affect the contracting power of agricultural land are studied, and the countermeasures are put forward according to the factor analysis.
