1 花旗参 西洋参主产于美国、加拿大等国家,以美国产量最大,尤以美国威斯康辛州种植的最为道地,因美国的国旗为星条旗,俗称花旗,因此西洋参亦俗称“花旗参”。 2 短枝西洋参 是洋参质量较好的一种规格,又称“泡参”。主根粗短、肩部及中段丰满胀起呈泡状,长2.5～5cm,直径1.5～2.5cm,多为单一,下端急促收钝。 3 粒头西洋参 是从短枝西洋参中分离出来的一种质量更好的一种规格。主根较短,呈圆疙瘩头状,长2～4cm,肩部及下部有几个分岔角度大的切口,为侧根剪除后的切口。
