大孔吸附树脂是一种新型非离子型高分子吸附剂,自从六十年代后期问世以来发展迅速。这类以物理吸附作用为主要特征的人工合成高分子,可自水相中吸附有机物,而且脱附条件温和,容易再生,可反复使用。国内外已应用大孔吸附树脂处理工业废水,自发酵液中提取抗菌素等。在临床药理,药物代谢,药物分析以及生化研究方面国外应用较多。但是,此类树脂用于天然水溶性成分的提取、分离,却报导甚少。近年来,国内又成功地用大孔吸附树脂自甜叶菊水提液中提取出甜叶菊甙,并投入中试生产。结果提示:大孔吸附树脂在这个领域应用是有广阔前途的。我们在用大孔树脂吸附提取刺玫果皂甙过
Macroporous adsorption resin is a new type of non-ionic polymer adsorbent that has been rapidly developed since the late 1960s. This type of synthetic polymer, which is mainly characterized by physical adsorption, can adsorb organic substances from the aqueous phase, and the desorption conditions are mild, easy to regenerate, and can be used repeatedly. Domestic and foreign companies have applied macroporous resin to treat industrial wastewater and extract antibiotics from fermentation broth. There are many foreign applications in clinical pharmacology, drug metabolism, drug analysis, and biochemical research. However, this type of resin is used for the extraction and separation of natural water-soluble ingredients, but very little is reported. In recent years, domestically, macroporous adsorption resins have been used to extract stevia rebaudiana from the water extract of stevia rebaudiana and are being put into pilot production. The results suggest that the application of macroporous adsorption resin in this field has broad prospects. We are using macroporous resin to adsorb tiramisu
