现已能用试验和分析的方法测定一个生产过程控制系统在受到随机负载扰动时的工作性能,并以积分平方误差做为评定指标。文内介绍了在控制一个受到负载骤变的快速生产过程(其时间常数为1.3秒)时,用电子调节器和用气动调节器进行调节时所得结果。当气动调节器所用的传输管线比较短时,两种调节器的性能基本上是一样的,但用了较长的气动传输管线时,气动调节器的性能就差的很多了。如果生产过程在其工作点附近是线性的,而且它的传递函数也是已知的,则可以用性能分析法在设计生产过程的阶段说明其控制的可能性。
It is now possible to test the performance of a production process control system under random load disturbances using test and analysis methods and to use the integral square error as the evaluation index. The article describes the results obtained when using an electronic regulator and a pneumatic regulator to control a fast production process under sudden load changes with a time constant of 1.3 seconds. The performance of the two regulators is essentially the same when the transfer line used by the pneumatic regulator is relatively short, but the performance of the pneumatic regulator is much worse with the longer pneumatic transfer line. If the production process is linear around its operating point and its transfer function is also known, then performance analysis can be used to explain the possibility of its control at the stage of designing the production process.
