本文以北方软土地区某工程为例,采用《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007-2011)关于大面积地面堆载计算方法,计算最不利工况下水池产生的附加荷载,对外包建筑框架柱基底沉降的影响;并利用有限元分析计算软件,分析基础不均匀沉降对外部建筑框架结构的内力影响。就本计算模型而言,水池的等效地面荷载将引起外包建筑基底的附加沉降;基础沉降对框架梁柱的弯矩设计值影响较大,并可以通过考虑弯矩项的影响一并考虑剪力及轴力对框架梁柱的影响。总体而言,由室内水池引起的外包建筑基础沉降,将引起原有结构内力的重新调整,且绝大多数影响是不利的。因而结构设计时,应该计算并考虑基础沉降对整体结构的不利影响。
In this paper, taking a project in the soft soil area of northern China as an example, the calculation method of large area ground heap load is adopted in “Code for Design of Foundation of Building Foundation” (GB 50007-2011), and the additional load generated in the basin under the most unfavorable conditions is calculated. The influence of subsidence of column foundation on the internal force of external building frame structure was analyzed by using finite element analysis software. For the calculation model, the equivalent ground load of the pool will lead to additional settlement of the outsourced building foundation. In general, the subsidence of the outsourced building foundation caused by the indoor pool will cause the internal forces of the existing structure to be readjusted, with the vast majority of adverse effects.
