老年性阴道炎常见于绝经后的妇女,是因卵巢功能衰退,体内雌激素水平降低,阴道粘膜变薄、萎缩,上皮细胞内糖原减少,阴道pH值升高,阴道粘膜抵抗力降低,致病菌容易侵袭生长繁殖而引起的~([1])。近年来,笔者采用中西医结合方法治疗老年性阴道炎,临床疗效较好,现将结果报道如下。1临床资料72例均为2014年1月-2015年1月在我院门诊部就诊患 Senile vaginitis is common in postmenopausal women, due to ovarian failure, decreased estrogen levels, vaginal mucosa thinning, atrophy, decreased glycogen in epithelial cells, vaginal pH, vaginal mucosal resistance decreased, resulting in Bacteria easily affect the growth and reproduction caused by ~ ([1]).
