本文探讨了用N—苯甲酰苯胲萃取大量钛及杂质元素同微量钙分离的条件,指出钛从1~8N盐酸中被萃取,铍在pH5被萃取,而在该条件下钙不被萃取。验证了偶氮氯膦Ⅲ比色测定钙的条件,指出在pH2.3±0.1结果变化不太大而镁几乎无影响,加入EDTA二钠盐掩蔽干扰元素,将钛分离后即可测定。拟定的方法,简便快速,用于钛中钙的测定,获得满意结果。
In this paper, the conditions for the extraction of a large amount of titanium and its impurity elements with trace calcium from N-benzoylbenzoin were discussed. It was pointed out that titanium was extracted from 1 to 8N hydrochloric acid and beryllium was extracted at pH 5, but calcium was not extracted under these conditions . The conditions for the determination of calcium by chlorophosphonazo III colorimetric assay were verified. It was pointed out that the change of pH was not too large at pH 2.3 ± 0.1 and magnesium had almost no effect. EDTA disodium salt was used to mask the interfering elements and the titanium was separated for determination. The proposed method, simple and quick, for the determination of calcium in titanium to obtain satisfactory results.
