根据球墨铸铁微观组织形成的凝固动力学模型 ,使用面向对象的编程技术开发了球铁微观组织模拟模块 ,同时使用了二维指针数组描述三维铸件单元 ,显著地提高了模块的计算规模。通过实际球铁件模拟结果与定量实验分析结果的比较得出 :石墨球数量和大小的模拟结果与定量分析结果吻合较好 ,而珠光体数量的模拟准确性尚有待作进一步的改进。
According to the solidification kinetic model formed by the microstructure of ductile iron, the microstructure simulation module of ductile iron was developed by using the object-oriented programming technology. At the same time, the two-dimensional pointer array was used to describe the three-dimensional casting cell, which significantly improved the calculation scale of the module. Through the comparison between the simulation results of actual ductile iron pieces and the quantitative experimental results, the simulation results of the numbers and sizes of graphite balls are in good agreement with the quantitative analysis results, and the simulation accuracy of the pearlite number needs to be further improved.
