本文在归纳高管团队属性效应理论研究(Upper Echelons Perspective)进展的基础上,将决策者个人有限理性的概念拓展到团队场合,并归纳整理了TMT有限理性的三类机制。以我国现阶段企业的专用性投资行为为分析对象,开发了基于系统动力学回路框架的TMT属性效应分解分析模型,运用该模型分析了导致我国企业专用性投资弱化的典型TMT属性特征与相应的情境特征。 On the basis of summarizing the progress of Upper Echelons Perspective, this paper extends the concept of individual bounded rationality of decision-makers to team situations and summarizes the three types of mechanisms of TMT bounded rationality. Based on the specific investment behavior of enterprises in our country at the present stage, this paper develops a TMT decomposition analysis model based on the system dynamics loop framework. By using this model, we analyze the typical TMT attribute characteristics that cause the weakening of enterprise-specific investment in our country and the corresponding Situation characteristics.
