甘蔗渣在我省有着极其丰富的资源,每年有上百亿斤。据分析甘蔗渣含纤维素48.1%,木质素24.5%,粗蛋白1.4%,灰分20.4%。用甘蔗渣种植平菇、黑木耳等食用菌曾有成功报道。笔者在德昌县用甘蔗渣和辅料混合种植黄背木耳取得了较高的效益,现将甘蔗渣栽培黄背木耳的主要方法简介于下。一、备料:蔗渣及时晒干保存,以免霉烂,粗的蔗渣经过筛或粉碎后使用。二、培养基的种类及配制:①甘蔗渣78%、麸皮(或米糠)20%、石膏1%、钙镁磷肥1%;②甘蔗渣58%、杂木屑20%、麸皮(或米糠)20%、石膏1%、钙镁磷肥1%;③甘蔗渣58%,滤泥20%、麸皮(或米糠)20%、石膏1%、钙
