经济全球化、政治多极化的国际环境,加入世贸组织、十六大精神的贯彻落实的国内形势,都对我国的国际科技合作提出了新的要求。因此,本期邀请几位从事国际科技合作的相关人士对此进行了探讨。
The international situation of economic globalization and political multipolarization, the domestic situation of acceding to the WTO and the implementation of the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress all set new requirements for our country’s international cooperation in science and technology. Therefore, this issue is invited to engage in several international scientific and technological cooperation between the parties discussed.
