合作是21世纪一个重要的关键词。为了集中、高效地进行教育,我国实行班级授课制。但由于学习同伴过多,无法做到学生间真学习、细探究,导致一部分学生被忽视、被冷落,甚至脱离班集体。如何把孩子培养成优秀的个体,又能使其在团队中发挥强大的作用,是素质教育直面的问题。班级“微共体”正是在这种形势下应运而生的。“微共体”是指由数量不多的学生组成(不如四人小组、六人小组)下相互协作、荣辱与共的团队,团队成员有共同的目标,有共同的任务驱动,“微共体”成员之间既是学习共同体,又是工作共同体,也是情感共同体。
Cooperation is an important keyword in the 21st century. In order to carry out education in a centralized and efficient manner, our country implements a class teaching system. However, due to the fact that there are too many peers to study, it is impossible to achieve true learning and detailed inquiry among students. As a result, some students are neglected, neglected, and even left the class. Class “Micro-Community” came into being under this situation. “Micro-Community” refers to a team of a small number of students (not as good as a four-person team or six-person team) who collaborate with each other and share a sense of commonality. The team members have common goals and are driven by common tasks.“ The ”community community" is a learning community, a work community, and an emotional community.
