1981年5月我们开始进行离心式树脂砂旧砂回收装置的研制,1981年底通过实验室阶段的试验验证工作后,转到134厂进行成套装置系统的安装调试,并于1984年8月完成了试生产工作。现将此装置系统的工作过程、结构特点、设备性能、回收经济效益以及存在的问题介绍如下。一、工作过程首先将出箱后的砂通过振动破碎机进行初碎,初碎后砂的粒径小于3mm。砂子进行初碎后,由斗式提升机向上运送至一定高度后抛出,经溜槽导至离心式回收装置,进行去除树脂膜的撞击擦洗处理,小团粒砂同时被击碎。
In May 1981, we started the development of centrifugal resin sand reclamation plant. At the end of 1981, after passing the laboratory verification test, we transferred to the factory for installation and commissioning of the complete plant system at the 134th factory and completed in August 1984 Trial production work.
