目的 探讨 CD44 V6作为口腔鳞癌发生发展预测指标的可行性。方法 采用免疫组化 SP染色技术 ,观察CD44 V6在口腔正常粘膜、乳头状瘤、上皮异常增生及鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况。结果 乳头状瘤的 CD44 V6表达与正常口腔粘膜组织相似 ;上皮异常增生及鳞癌 CD44 V6呈明显下调表达 ,其趋势与上皮异常增生的程度及鳞癌分级相关 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 CD44 V6的下调表达是口腔粘膜鳞癌发生发展的早期变化 ,可作为鉴测口腔粘膜癌前病变的分子生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of CD44 V6 as a predictor of the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to observe the expression of CD44 V6 in normal oral mucosa, papilloma, epithelial dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma. Results The expression of CD44 V6 in papilloma was similar to that in normal oral mucosa. The expression of CD44 V6 in epithelial dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma was significantly down-regulated. The tendency was related to the degree of epithelial dysplasia and the grade of squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion The down-regulated expression of CD44 V6 is an early change in the development of oral mucosal squamous cell carcinoma, which can be used as a molecular biological indicator for the detection of precancerous lesions of oral mucosa.
